"As far as how it works? Fire. I give myself a half dose and it’s not only effective, but lasts longer. The taste? Ass. It’s not good. But let’s be honest with ourselves, most things that are good for you don’t always taste the best (looking at you, dark leafy greens.) It smells like ocean and tastes like grass, but when it comes to my health and the way it makes me feel? It’s 200% worth it.
