Also, the instructions don't specify how much powder to mix with your milk, so I just assumed it was 2 tsp based on the serving size. I think it might be better with a little more, though."

"Although i'd prefer it to be a more ube focused flavor, the introduction to lucuma and purple tea is not something i regret. it is relatively expensive, but within reason because ube, lucuma, and purple tea are most likely not that readily available. people say that by volume, there isn't a substantial amount of ube in there but its certainly enough to cause my baked oats experiments to turn blueish green (see attached image lol). if you are familiar with ube, youd know that it changes color when cooked due to some chemical reaction with acid (not exactly sure how it works). overall, its still very good in flavor and i can still taste the ube. i hope this brand adds more flavors. i look forward to trying the vanilla lavender when the next sale comes around"
