Every Mom Is CEO Of Her Own Household

We are at a tipping point. If we do nothing, the pandemic could wipe out 25 years of progress in gender workplace equality. Current proposed solutions to the she-cession have focused only on policy change. We believe that employers need to change. Through this award, we're collecting stories from everyday working moms like you, as well as data, to compel CEOs to change. Share your story - how are you handling childcare and work during the pandemic?

Who We Are

We are entrepreneurs, mothers and changemakers who believe that the pandemic has revealed the cracks in a system that is not setup for working parents. We - Lisa, Emily and Virginia - created this award to celebrate supermoms and collect stories that we will use to drive systematic change.
